It can be connected directly to oscilloscopes with the TekProbe probe interface. Applications of Tektronix TCP202A Current Probe includes Power Management, Industrial, Consumer Electronics, Communications & Networking, Motor Drive & Control, Automotive, Avionics etc.
Tektronix TCP202A Current Probe provides sufficient performance to support 50MHz measurement system bandwidth. It provides a maximum 15A DC + peak AC measurement range. This probe also provides excellent accuracy to current levels as low as 10mA, important for meeting today's challenging current measurement needs. Featuring low noise and DC drift Tektronix TCP202A Current Probe provides automatic units scaling and readout on the oscilloscope display.
