The Teledyne LeCroy ZS1000 probes are high impedance, low capacitance active probes that maintain a high signal fidelity through 4 GHz. The ZS1000’s small form factor and a wide variety of accessories ensures that the Teledyne LeCroy ZS1000 probe come to meet every crucial probing challenge.
The ZS1000’s high impedance reduces circuit loading across full oscilloscope bandwidth. The oscilloscope bandwidth innovative grounding provides the highest signal fidelity. Teledyne LeCroy ZS1000 also comes with a variety of probe tips for versified tasks.
