The Tektronix THDP0100 High-voltage Differential Probe, with its large differential dynamic range capability, provides users a safe high-voltage, measurement, probe solution. Each probe is supplied with two sizes of hook tips and has an overrange visual and audible indicator which warns the user when they are exceeding the linear range of the probe. The Tektronix THDP0100 Probe is equipped with the TEkVPI® interface providing smart communication between the oscilloscope and probe.
