The Anritsu MG3694C is the ideal microwave signal generator, offering unsurpassed frequency coverage, the lowest phase noise, leveled output power, spectral purity, switching speed, modulation performance, size, upgradeability, reliability, and service. In addition, it is easy to operate either through intuitive front panel controls or remotely via GPIB or Ethernet connectivity. The Anritsu MG3694C is an ideal signal source for both RF and microwave requirements, fully configurable for simple to high performance applications.

The MG3694C synthesized signal generators are microprocessor-based, synthesized signal sources with high resolution phase-lock capability. They generate both discrete CW frequencies and broad (full range) and narrow band step sweeps across the frequency range of 2 GHz to 40 GHz. Options are available to extend the low end of the frequency range to 0.1 Hz. The Anritsu MG3694C offers three levels of best-in-class SSB phase noise performance; Standard, Ultra low phase noise (option 3) and Premium phase noise (option3X) along with full suite of modulation capabilities for signal simulations from simple to the most complex. For IQ modulation, the IF input option allows the easy up-conversion of an externally IQ-modulated RF signal.
