Product Overview

The Agilent / HP 6632A Power Supply is a 100W, single output, series pass regulated power supply optimized for systems applications and is fully programmable via HPIB. The Agilent / HP 6632A Power Supply allows both the voltage and the current output to be programmed for either CV or CC operation.

Features and Specifications of the Agilent / HP 6632A Power Supply include:

• Built in DVM and precision current shunt measure (readback) the actual power supply output
• Sources current and will sink as well, which provides very fast down programming speeds throughput in production test applications
• The negative current setting tracks the user programmed positive current (CC) setting
• Remote sense terminals allow for precise voltage regulation at the load. This feature will compensate for load lead IR drops of up to 2 volts per lead.
• Overvoltage and overcurrent protection
• Selftest capability
• Software calibration
• Fast and Normal operating modes
• With option 760, Isolation, Polarity Reversal Relay and Discrete Fault Indicator and Remote Inhibit lines along with a quick disconnect DC output terminal connector
