   The Hioki BT4560 Li-Ion Battery Impendance Meter designed for precise measurement of internal resistance in lithium-ion batteries. Using the low-frequency AC-IR measurement method BT4560 eleminates the need of pre-charging and discharging the battery, substantially reducing the time needed to inspect the internal resistance of battery cells. HIOKI BT4560 Li-Ion Battery Impendance Meter uses 1.5 A testing current which improves the S/N ratio. Enhanced noise suppression enables the device to provide reliable measurements for low-impedance batteries used for hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles.

   Hioki BT4560 Li-Ion Battery Impendance Meter ensures accurate voltage measurement by correcting for any potential errors in the circuit. It reduces tact time by simultaneously providing impedance measurement and highly accurate DC voltage measurement. It also allows users to specify a delay between AC voltage being applied and sampling being started so that measurement can start after the response stabilizes. The Hioki BT4560 Li-Ion Battery Impendance Meter requires no loading devices and provides measurements simply as a stand-alone unit, without having to establish a complicated measurement system.
