   The Hioki 3561 Battery HiTester is a benchtop instrument specifically designed for high-speed testing of internal resistance and voltage in small secondary batteries, typically used in production line settings. It can measure both internal resistance and open circuit voltage at the same time, offering a more efficient testing process. Hioki 3561 Battery HiTester capable of performing measurements as fast as 10 milliseconds, ideal for production line applications. 

   Hioki 3561 Battery HiTester accurately measures resistance from 300 mΩ to 3Ω and voltage from ± 0.1 mV DC to ± 19.9999 V DC, covering a wide variety of battery types. It delivers high-resolution readings with a minimum resolution of 1 μΩ for resistance of 10 μV for voltage. Hioki 3561 provides comparator outputs for go/no-go decisions based on user-defined limits for resistance and voltage. Hioki 3561 Battery HiTester is equipped with standard RS-232C and optional GP-IB interfaces for data transfer and remote control. This instrument can be integrated into automated production lines for hands-free testing with external triggering and data transfer capabilities.
