TEKTRONIX TCPA400

The Tektronix TCPA400 Current Probe Amplifier is designed to be used with the Tektronix TCP404XL probe and to seamlessly integrate with the Tektronix TDS Series Oscilloscopes. When used with this probe, the Tektronix TCPA400 Current Probe Amplifier provides a wide range of current measurement capabilities and spans the gap between low level milliamp measurements to very high current levels making current measurement and calculations simple and easy.

  • DC - 100 MHz, 30 A DC (TCP312A)
  • DC - 50 MHz, 50 A DC (TCP305A)
  • DC - 15 MHz, 150 A DC (TCP303)
• DC - 50 MHz, Current Probe Amplifier (TCPA400) Uses:
  • DC - 2 MHz, 750 A DC ¹ (TCP404XL) (500 A DC Continuous)
