The Tektronix TCP202 is a general purpose probe for displaying and measuring current in electronic circuits. The Tektronix  TCP202 Probe connects directly to scopes with TekProbe™ interface.

  • When used with a Tek P5205 high-voltage probe on a TDS300, 400, 500, 600, 3000, 5000 scope, and by using the MATH waveform multiply function, you can display instantaneous power as a trace on the scope
