The EddyFi Technologies TOPAZ64 Intelligent Portable Phased Array, a cutting-edge ultrasonic testing (UT) device that boasts 32 or 64 channel phased array capabilities along with two conventional ultrasonic channels at 200V. With its Total Focusing Method (TFM), the TOPAZ64 offers faster and more reliable inspections. It delivers high-resolution TFM at up to 1M points per frame and a remarkable TFM speed of up to 110Hz for a 65k points frame.
The EddyFi Tehcnologies TOPAZ64 is a versatile device which supports multiple modes, allowing simultaneous FMC, PWI, PA, and TOFD inspections. Its advanced features, such as bipolar pulsers and onboard UltraVision Software, enhance probability of detection and streamline data management. The TOPAZ64 facilitates code-compliant inspections on various materials and components while providing seamless setup with Zetec scanners and probes.
