Functionality:

• Frequency 20 Hz to 8.4 GHz and 26.5 GHz
• CISPR bandwidth 200 Hz, 9 kHz, 120 kHz, and 1 MHz; MIL-STD and bandwidths incremented in 10% steps
• Extensive diagnostic tools, including the EMC measurement application
• Move seamlessly between EMI receiver and spectrum analyzer modes

Performance:

• Meets CISPR 16-1-1 2010 EMI receiver requirements
• ±0.78 dB absolute amplitude accuracy at 1 GHz
• -163 dBm displayed average noise level (DANL) with preamplifier
• Phase noise -103 dBc/Hz 10 kHz offset at 1 GHz center frequency

Measurement Applications & Software:

• EMC measurement application (included standard) offers real-time detectors, signal lists, scan tables, limit lines, and correction factors
• SCPI command language compatibility (included standard) offers capability to emulate the R&S FSP/FSU/FSE spectrum analyzers
