The Agilent PSA Series offers high-performance spectrum analysis, up to 50 GHz, with powerful one-button measurements, a versatile feature set, and a leading-edge combination of flexibility, speed, accuracy, analysis bandwidth, and dynamic range. The Keysight E4447A (Agilent) PSA high-performance spectrum analyzer measures and monitors complex RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave signals up to 42.98 GHz. With optional external mixing, it is capable of measuring signals up to 325 GHz.
