TEKTRONIX TCP303 PROBE

The Tektronix TCP303 Current Probe is a split-core probe that uses both transformer and Hall effect technology for measurements from DC up to 100 MHz at current levels as low as 1 m A to thousands of amps. When connected to Tektronix oscilloscopes with TEKPROBE Level II, TekConnect (w/ TCA-BNC), or TekVPI (w/ TPA-BNC) interfaces, the Tektronix TCP303 probe makes current measurements and calculations simple and easy.
