The Tekronix TCP0150 Current Probe is a high-performance and easy-to-use 150 A AC/DC probe that provides low-current measurement capability and accuracy important for achieving broad dynamic current range of high-level and low-level measurement signals. The Tektronix TCP0150 Probe is designed specifically for use and connection to TekVPI™ probe interface.
