The Tekronix TCP0030 AC/DC Current Probe is a high-performance and easy-to-use probe that enhances the bandwidth with selectable measurement ranges and also provides low-current measurement  capability and accuracy. The Tektronix TCP0030 Probe is designed specifically for those oscilloscopes that have the TekVPI™ probe interface.
