The Keysight B2983A Femto / Picoammeter is designed with distinctive capabilities and features guaranteeing state-of-the art measurement performance. It offers minimum current resolution for meeting all low-level current measurement needs and its voltage sourcing feature supports resistance measurements.  Its distinctive color LSD provides multiple options for viewing data. Unique front-panel capabilities allow you to capture transient behavior and perform quick statistical analyses without the need of a PC. The B2983A Picoammeter features battery operation providing line noise free measurements.
