RENT KEITHLEY 2601B-Pulse Pulser-Source Meter Unit (Call for Availability)
The Keithley 2601B-PULSE Pulser-Source Meter Unit is a cutting-edge pulser and Source Measurement Unit instrument with PulseMete technology. It offers high current and speed capabilities, delivering a 10 A current pulse at 10 V with a minimum pulse width of 10 µs. This feature-rich pulser is ideal for testing applications such as VCSELs used in LIDAR and facial recognition, LEDs, semiconductor devices, surge protection, and more. The instrument includes dual 1 MS/s, 18-bit digitizers for simultaneous pulse current and voltage waveform acquisition, eliminating the need for a separate instrument.
The Keithley 2601B-PULSE Pulser-Source Meter Unit supports thermal management during on-wafer testing, crucial for devices like VCSELs, laser diodes, and LEDs. Its precise control loop system eliminates inductance-related issues and overshooting in current pulses, ensuring accurate device characterization. The instrument's TSP technology further streamlines automation, executing test programs within the SMU and reducing communication delays. An interlock/connector box enhances safety and interconnectivity for both pulser and SMU functions, with provisions for testing LASER devices. The system enhances productivity across various applications, from benchtop characterization to automated pulsed I-V production tests. It employs Test Script Processor (TSP) technology for running comprehensive test programs within the instrument, ensuring high throughput. For larger-scale testing, Keithley TSP-Link technology enables parallel testing of multiple pulser/Source Meter Units.
