   The Keysight / Agilent B2200A Femto Leakage Switch Mainframe is used for making precise measurments on semiconductor devices, especially at very low current levels. It reduces the cost of test by enabling automatic characterization tests without compromising the measurement performance of the semiconductor parameter analyzer. The B2200A enables highly sensitive current measurements down to 1 femtoamp (fA) through the switch. It offers exceptional channel isolation of 100 teraohms (TΩ) for low-current paths, minimizing interference between measurements. Keysight / Agilent B2200A Femto Leakage Switch Mainframe 

   Keysight / Agilent B2200A Femto Leakage Switch Mainframe features 14 concurrent internal paths enabling you to use all 8 triaxial inputs and all 6 BNC inputs at the same time. It supports a bandwidth of 30MHz, suitable for various dynamic measurements.  B2200A is having bright display of the relay status for fast verification and debug of measurement setups. Front panel control supported via keypad or optional light pen. Keysight / Agilent B2200A Femto Leakage Switch Mainframe works seamlessly with Keysight EasyEXPERT software for automated switch configuration and measurement control through an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI).
