   The Kaye HTR-400 High Temperature Validation Dry Block, also known as a temperature reference well is designed to precisely simulate a specific temperature environment for calibrating temperature sensors. Kaye HTR-400 features easy operation while delivering the highest level of temperature stability possible. Kaye HTR-400 High Temperature Validation Dry Block operates over the range of 50°C to 400°C and is idel for high temperature applications such as autoclaves, dry-heat ovens, and sterilizer tunnels. The LED front panel display continuously shows the current well temperature.

   The Kaye HTR-400 High Temperature Validation Dry Block features fast heat up and cool down, a capacity to hold up to 18 thermocouples and requires no messy oils. Calibrating sensor in the environment where it will be used provides the highest degree of accuracy as system temperature coefficient errors are eliminated. The HTR-400 is lightweight and rugged so you can calibrate sensors almost anywhere. Kaye HTR-400 High Temperature Validation Dry Block employs with unique inserts which minimize cooling of the thermocouple tips due to heat conduction providing an uncertainty of merely 0.1°C. Without proper inserts, transfer uncertainty in excess of 0.5°C can occur with 22 gage, type T thermocouples.
