The Keysight 16047D (Agilent) is designed for impedance evaluation of axial and radial lead type devices. The Keysight 16047D (Agilent) can be used up to 40 MHz. It is typically used with the Agilent 4284A, E4980A, 4285A and 4263B LCR Meters, and the Keysight E4981A (Agilent) Capacitance Meter.
