The Agilent / HP 16194A High Temperature Component Test Fixture is used to measure both axial / radial leaded devices and surface mount devices within the temperature range of 55°C to +200°C.

Specifications of the AGILENT / HP 16194A High Temperature Component Test Fixture include:

• Maximum DC bias voltage: ±40V
• Operating temperature: -55 to +200°C
• Operating humidity (@wet bulb temperature <40°C):  15% to 95% RH
• Non-operating temperature:  -55 to +200°C
• Non-operationg humidity (@wet bulb temperature <65°C):  up to 90% RH
