The Agilent / HP 16193A Small Side Electrode SMD Test Fixture is used to measure a small, side electrodes surface mount devise (SMD) with high repeatability.

The Agilent / HP 16193A can be used with the following instruments:

• You can directly connect the 16193A to: 4191A, 4291B, E4991A
• You can use the 16193A with 43961A: 4395A (option 010), 4396A/B (option 010)
• You can use the 16193A with 41951A: 4195A
• You can use the 16193A with RF adapter 42942A: 4294A
• You can use the 16193A with RF adapter 16085B: 4284A1
• You can use the 16193A with RF adapter 16099A: 4194A with 41941A2
