GIGATRONICS 80353A
The Gigatronics 80353A Peak Power Sensor was built for use with the Gigatronics 8650A series power-meters, which include the 8651A and 8652A. The 80353A provides both pulsed and cw measurements.
Features of the Gigatronics 16936 sensor include:

Peak Measurement range: -20 dBm to +20 dBm
CW Measurement range: -30 dBm to +20 dBm
