The IT2806 Graphical Source Meter Unit is a compact and cost-effective bench-top Source Measure Unit (SMU) designed for current versus voltage (IV) measurements. It combines the functionalities of a voltage source, current source, voltage meter, current meter, ohmmeter, battery simulator, and pulse generator. With a wide current range of 10nA to 3A (10A on Pulse Mode) and voltage range of 200mV to 200V, the IT2806 ensures high-resolution and accurate measurements. 

The IT2806 supports 4-quadrant sourcing and measuring, allowing for independent IV characteristic measurement. With a high-speed fiber optic parallel mode, the series enables stable operation and data exchange among multiple units. Additional features include sweep capabilities, multi-channel operation, USB/LAN/Digital IO ports, and optional GPIB. The SMU is ideal for various applications, such as discrete semiconductor devices, passive devices, transient suppression devices, laser diodes, and more. The IT2806 offers a user-friendly interface, supporting graphical UI for semiconductor parameter testing software, making it a versatile and efficient solution for engineers.
