The Agilent B2985A Electrometer / High Resistance Meter is designed with unprecedented capabilites and features guaranteeing outstanding measurement performance. It offers minimum current resolution for meeting all low-level current measurement needs and its voltage sourcing feature supports resistance measurements. Its unique color LCD provides multiple options for viewoing data. State-of-the art front panel-capabilities allow you to capture transient behavior and perform quick statistical analyses without the need of a PC.
