The Agilent / HP 53131A Universal Counter has the capability to do the job quickly and correctly from fast signal processing to automated limit tests. The Agilent / HP 53131A Counter has a complete set of test and analysis features as well as the choice of an optional third channel.

• Two 225 MHz input channels, plus optional third channel up to 12.4 GHz
• 10-digit/second and 500 ps resolution
• High-accuracy frequency and time-interval measurements to 225 MHz (optional to 12.4 GHz)

• Measures frequency, frequency ratio, time interval, period, rise/fall time, pulse width, duty cycle, phase (CH1 to CH2), totalize, peak voltage, time interval average, time interval delay
