The Keysight N7950A provides simultaneous voltage and current measurement capabilities that deliver an astonishingly high accuracy and resolution. Use the Keysight N7950A to make measurements using two main modes: averaged or digitized. In average mode, the N7950A delivers high accuracy DMM-quality voltage and current measurements. The digitizing capability of the Keysight N7950A allows you to capture dynamic current or voltage profiles at much higher resolution than an oscilloscope.
