Keysight / Agilent 1147B Current Probe is a wide bandwidth, active current probe designed for Agilent InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes. It allows you to measure AD and DC currents accurately and easily. It offers a wide bandwidth range from DC to 50 MHz, making it ideal for capturing a wide range of current signals. Keysight / Agilent 1147B Current Probe is ideal for capturing transient current signals such as those found in motor controllers, switching power supplies, inverters and current amplifiers driving inductive loads.

Keysight / Agilent 1147B Current Probe offer flat frequency response across the entire bandwidth range, low noise (2.5 mArms for 1147B/N2893A, 250 µArms for N7026A) and low circuit insertion loss. This probe is compatible with the AutoProbe interface, which completely configures the oscilloscope for the probe. It features a split-core design for easy circuit connection without breaking the circuit. It also includes a built-in protection function to prevent damage from excessive input current. Keysight / Agilent 1147B Current Probe is equipped with demagnetizing switch to remove any residual magnetism that builds up in the magnetic core.
