Product Overview

The Agilent 53181A RF Counter is one of Agilent's most affordable counters. It provides fast, precise results with the core measurements needed for RF tests.

Features of the Agilent 53181A RF Counter include:

• Frequency Range: dc to 225 MHz (or optionally 1.5, 3, 5 or 12.4 GHz)
• Measures frequency, frequency ratio (with opt. 015), period, peak voltage
• 10-digit/second resolution
• Automatic limit testing, math (scale and offset), statistics (min/max, mean, standard deviation)
• GPIB (SCPI) with data transfer rate of 200 meas/sec. Talk-only RS-232
• Channels: Single (1)
• Measurements include: Frequency, frequency ratio (with optional ch. 2), period, peak voltage
