Tektronix BSX240 BERTScope Bit Error Rate Analyzer is a receiver test platform capable of supporting emerging Gen4 standards and beyond. With the addition of powerful data processing and internal Tx equalization, the Tektronix BSX240 BERTScope Bit Error Rate Analyzer supports protocol-based handshaking and synchronization with device under test (DUT), including interactive link training at data rates up to 24 Gb/s.
The Tektronix BSX240 BERTScope Bit Error Rate Analyzer is an advanced testing tool for high-speed digital signals, and it provides a comprehensive solution for bit error rate testing, eye diagram analysis, and jitter analysis. It also supports protocol-oriented and bit-oriented multi-chain pattern sequencing with enhanced pattern/sequence editor. It shortens the time to debug physical layer and link training issues, and provides the quickest path to compliance for a broad range of standards. The Tektronix BSX240 BERTScope Bit Error Rate Analyzer provides error detection and analysis, allowing engineers to quickly identify and understand any errors present in the signal being tested.
