The Keysigt N5166B operates from 9 kHz to 3/6 GHz with up to 120 MHz of RF modulation bandwidth covering most consumer wireless application testing requirements. It provides an output power of 18 dBm and has a phase noise of -119 dBc/Hz (20 kHz offset) at 1 GHz. This signal generator can be used to perform basic parametric testing of components and functional verification of receivers. It is ideal for IoT, general-purpose R&D, and design validation (DVT) applications.
