The HP Agilent 6632A is a 100W, single output, series pass regulated power supply optimized for systems applications and is fully programmable via HPIB. The HP 6632A allows both the voltage and the current output to be programmed for either CV or CC operation. A built in DVM and precision current shunt measure (readback) the actual power supply output. The HP 6632A not only will source current, but will also sink as well. This provides very fast down programming speeds throughput in production test applications. The negative current setting tracks the user programmed positive current (CC) setting. Remote sense terminals allow for precise voltage regulation at the load. This feature will compensate for load lead IR drops of up to 2 volts per lead. The HP 6632A Power Supply also features overvoltage and overcurrent protection, selftest capability, software calibration, Fast and Normal operating modes, and with option 760, Isolation, Polarity Reversal Relay and Discrete Fault Indicator and Remote Inhibit lines along with a quick disconnect DC output terminal connector.
