The Agilent 66319D dual output Mobile Communication Power Supply, 15V, 3A w/ Battery Emulation and DVM, provides 2 outputs for testing the battery power and the battery charger circuitry. This feature allows you to test phones and chargers with the same piece of equipment thus saving on rack space and eliminating the need for two different power supplies. Superior voltage transient response ensures maximum test-system through put by minimizing device shutdowns due to significant voltage drops in the test wiring. The Agilent 66319D provides all of the capabilities of the 66319B with the addition of a built-in digital voltmeter.

The Agilent 66319D includes a new feature that enables cellular-telephone manufacturers to detect intermittent and permanently open-sense wire connections automatically. Detection of open-sense wire connections allows the user to avoid non-correct battery-charger calibration, incorrect test results and low-voltage phone shutdown due to a large transient voltage dropouts.
